Subject: Where have all the Inquisitors gone?

I am a huge Imperium fan. I've been reading a lot of books lately (Horus Heresy, Eisenhorn, Cain, ect) and I've been writing about a story about my own (highly moded) Inquisitor, who I based my Dakka name off of. I play SoB and it makes me serverly depressed that they went more towards the Eccilarchy vice the Ordo (which is one of the main reasons I got the nuns). Has ANY one heard even a rumor about an Inquisition Codex? I also started an IG army knowing I could combine the two. So please, give me some ray of hope. I don't want my Inq to be on a shelf.

The GK codex has rules for Inquisitors and their retinues.

Well the GK codex is essentially GK lightly seasoned with Inquisition.
Until that gets old there likely won't be an Inquisition codex... even then it's a touch unlikely.

I understand that the GKs hsve the Ordo Malleus, but there are two other ordos. Sure you can make the Deathwatch with just Space Marines, but what of Inqs? With the witch hunters you could make Herticus and Xenos. Does the new GK codex allow other factions like IG, SM, and SoB in their army?

No.
Like i said. The GK codex is GK lightly sprinkled with Inquisition.
You can have an Ordo Xenos and Hereticus Inquisitor but you can't have Deathwatch, Sisters of Battle or allies.
Though you could have an all Inquisition army if you took Corteaz who lets you take warbands as troops.

Well, the Sisters of Battle were always the militant arm of the Ecclesiarchy, not the Inquisition. I mean, it makes as much sense for a 'witch' hunter to use Grey Knight troops as it does Sisters of Battle, after all a 'witch' is going to be someone in league with the Enemy.
In answer to your question, there are three entries in the GK codex for inquisitors; Ordo Hereticus, Ordo Xenos, and Ordo Malleus. If you want to take inquisitorial henchmen as troops, you can take Coteaz (and re-name the model, if you want).

"Did you ever notice how in the Bible, when ever God needed to punish someone, or make an example, or whenever God needed a killing, he sent an angel? Did you ever wonder what a creature like that must be like? A whole existence spent praising your God, but always with one wing dipped in blood. Would you ever really want to see an angel?" |

Corteaz counts as "inquisitor x" and henchmen can fill any role.
You can always do GK counts as deathwatch. GK are plenty anti-alien with abilities and shooting power.

Both of which are included in the GK codex.
Codex: Grey Knights isn't just Ordo Malleus. It's Grey Knights plus the Inquisition.

Not outside of Apocalypse games, no.
