Hey was wondering what the vote on if this is plausible: in an upcoming doubles tournament i was thinking of combos and what better than to make enemy squads move only 1d6 per turn. Could a thunderfire cannon fire a subterranean blast (making target squad count as moving through difficult terrain on their next movement phase) combined with "What was that?" on the Tyranid Deathleaper special rules saying that enemies within 12" roll one less dice when moving through terrain(to a minimum of one) work even if both armies couldnt cast abilities on eachother (say a tervigon casting feel no pain on a terminator squad is not allowed) thanks for any help and opinions

While the deathleaper/subterranean blast thing would work, the other one entirely depends on the rules of the tournament. Usually your skills can not be used on your allies units though, but if you can, catalyst on terminators is fair game.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.
Orks do not have the power of believe. |

THis isnt you using your rules on your allies, but on offensive powers both being used on the enemy.

It's different from you using Synapse on Terminators as it is an effect applied after shooting an enemy squad. I see no wrong in this.

It's two independent effects, both of which target an enemy units - this is fine.
