Anyone have images or even a good description of the difference in size from 28mm models and 32mm models? I fought a website while searching around and found some really nice ones but they are 32mm scale. Sense I play 40k, wondering how much they would stand out compaired to my 28mm or how the 32mm pieces (torso and heads) while paired with 28mm arms and legs.

well 40k ISN'T 28mm scale, it ranges from 30 to 40mm for basic foot soldiers, so if your wondering how they would stack up with GW's pathetic idea of scale they should fit fine.

though knowing what the website/company is that makes the models you mention would be handy

The sci-fi female conversion pack at the bottom of the list. They are obviously designed to be cadian, but before I bought some I wanted to make sure they wouldn't be signifigantly bigger then my regular cadians.

There's a few other pieces on the side that I'm interested in getting aswell, but those are the main concern.

Anyone use those bits? Want to buy some but want to know if they'll look right on the rest of the cadian bits.

I've not seen them, but your best bet is to email the manufacturer and ask for the measurement from "Sole to eye"

Measurement from the bottom of the foot to the eye level is the traditional way of measuring scale and will give you a good basis for comparison to your own figures.

Manufactueres use many different scales to describe their miniatures, and often they have not basis in reality. GW's for example are called 28mm but they are actually around 30 or taller for a standard footsoldier and they are by no means the only culprit.
