So what all did everyone pre-order from the new Ogre stuff?

I ordered:
-The Ironblaster/Scraplauncher kit, which I'm going to make into an Ironblaster because it's a huge cannon.
-The Stonehorn/Thundertusk kit, which I'm going to make into a Thundertusk because I really like it's supportive capability(I2 strikes before ASL ) and it's still pretty beasty in CC.
-The firebelly. I like the model and it's good to have a flaming guy running around.

I plan on just the book, I have 3500pts of them, and I am working on a stonehorn at the moment.

I am buying everything! Multiples of many things. Merry Christmas to me and my new Ogre army!

So far, just the book and a battleforce. I only have a few Ogres, so looking to invest in a full army.

Just the book so far, i want to have other people try out the monstrous cavalry before i run my horde of 18 of them, it will be glorious...just gonna need a lot of characters haha

I just jumped right in with that deal that was offered in the swapshop, the book, a battalion box, two scraplaunchers, two thundertusks, calvary and some of the new finecast ones =) I'd been wanting to make an ogres army for awhile, and heard the rumor that they were next after orcs, so i held off.

I got the Army Book, magic cards, Battalion, Firebelly, 2 boxs of Mournfangs, and a Stonehorn.

I got the book, the cards and the ironblaster/scraplauncher.
Which I used to build both because I'm cheap and wanted them both.
I think I may be the first person to make this crazy design so I might have to take some pictures before it's stolen.

Book + firebelly. I like the idea of going for a more offensive magic phase with the new ogres. Next week I am going to get another battalion, scrap launcher and stonehorn. possibly look into one of the new finecast characters

the Firebelly is an awsome Finecast model. only bubbles were very tiny and were on the bottom of his feet.

the club's haft was a little crooked, but it actually looked like a natural crook for a haft of wood. I left it in.


I am disappointed that he didn't have a regular hand weapon option. his shoulder isn't completely compatable with regular ogre arms either, greenstuffing would be needed to fill in the gap.

The main issue I have with the Firebelly is if you can't paint OSL, it's going to lookreally odd. And OSL is mega hard to pull off convincingly.

Thus far I have bought the book, a firebelly, and 2 boxes of Mournfangs to compliment my Ogres. However, after some thinking, I'm going to have to go back in soon and buy another 2 boxes of Mournfangs.

Yes, they are that good.

I looked the moddels over, and just got the Stonehorn, since I already have what I need

I ordered the book, cards, 1x stonehorn box, 1x mournfang box, 2x ironblaster boxes. I also bought one stonehorn box on release day from my FLGS which I have magnetized and built for both rare options. The Stonehorn I ordered will be built for the Hunter option. I already had 3000+ points of ogres so don't really need much. Eventually, I will probably get more Mournfangs, Golgfag, and the firebelly. Maybe Bragg down the road sometime.
