Stalwart Space Marine

Good day all,

I'm in the process of doing up yet another space marine army. I have chosen to do Howling Griffons, but i'm not interested in using the vanilla space marine codex.......so my question is this:

A) If you were playing against an army that was painted with the HG livery, and your oppenent told you they were Grey Knights or Black Templars, would you be upset?

B) Is this abusing rules in your opinion?

Thanks for your thoughts (assuming your leave them here)

A) Black Templars make sense. Grey Knights less so, as they are armed very differently to 'nillas and have that whole psychic deal going on.

B) Nope. Not at all. Just giving your army some flavour.

Use whichever codex represents the army well. What colour they're painted is essentially irrelevant.

Templars is fine. How are you going to justify the nemesis weapons and storm bolters for everybody in a Howling Griffons army?
