The only thing I could really suggest is dropping the Whirlwinds for some dakka preds?

Yeah whirlwinds aren't really very useful, dakka preds or more MM assault bikes would be better.

Just another thing,

You could always drop the whirlwinds and go for some combi-melta sternguard in a drop pod?

As far as Bike armies go, it looks like it could hold up rather well.

No list is ever perfect remember, however, some are good enough that they warrant little change.
