So out of curiosity - for your arcos do you use the actual arco blisters or do you use The Empire flagellant models? The price difference is $25 USD for 4 WH 40K arcos, or $30 USD for 10 WHFB flags.

Current Armies:

Warmachine:
Shae Pirate's Life 50
Durgen attrition 50

WH40K:
Orks (5,000 pt Apoc Kan Wall, 1850 Bikerz)
Grey Knights (1850 Crowe Purifiers, 2500 'Ard Boyz Draigo)
Sisters of Battle (Seraphim spam)

WHFB:
2400 Empire
3000 Tomb Kings

Empire Flagellant models are probably your best bet. If you could 40k them up with some chainswords and whatnot that would help.

I was just thinking about this recently: WHFB Flags..

The two-handed flails attached to their arms directly with some purity seals and other business would probably work out nicely.
