Hey gang. I am a relatively new FoW player, and just started Zee Germans for LW.

Looking at the list for the 503rd Scwere panzerAbteilung list in Earth & Steel, it says that the King Tiger section, "Don;'t forget to roll your Tiger Skills" however in the command HQ part just above, it says Tiger IE's CO teams get to roll twice on the Skill chart.

Does this mean:

A: King Tiger Commands get just one skill as it isnt a Tiger IE
B: KT Commands get 2 skills because its a copy/paste error on battlefronts part
or C: They get nothing at all.

I am told in River of Heroes, the 501st List there it mentions rolling on the skill chart, but I'd like to know before I paint up these things, or if I go TIGER IE instead.

Please help me out here.

Don't have the books in front of me, but the HQ's get two rolls, the squads get one. If I remember correctly.

So, um, B I think.

Goes for both Kings and Regulars.

Just a general point, ALWAYS follow the rules for the particular book/list you are using. Companies can differ widely between books, even if sharing the same name, to reflect different regional variations, historical/time-period changes, or simply because BF felt like changing it.

i ralize that, but what I am wondering is, is there any sort of Errata for Earth & Steel that I don;t know about, that would say either way. The thing that is the MOST confusing is the King Tiger box set has 4 tiger ace skill dice plus the 503rd bail and bog tokens.. which kinda leads me to believe they roll on the skill table, otherwise why provide the dice? I was jsut hoping for an "official" document or something .. Hate to type this but.. GW's FAQ support seems better!!

Use the 503rd list out of Villars Boccage...still legal.

Sacre bleu!

Actually a very nice place to visit. I used to take a university course to Normandy and it was one of our walkaround days.

You can also play 'Spot the bits of Tiger' too...
