Okay Dakka I am thinking of trying this list out and would like some C&C!

HQ:

Libby w/ JP and UR and Shield.

Elite:

Sang Priests x3 w/ 3x JP and 3x LC

Sang. Guard w/ PF and Chapter Banner

Furioso Dreadnought w/ BT/Melta/HF

Troop:

Assualt Squad x10 w/ 2x melta and PF

Assualt Squad x10 w/ 2x melta and PF

Scout Squad w/ 5x sniper rifles and camo cloaks

Fast Attack:

VV x7 w/JP's 6x PW, PF on Sgt, 3x MB

Heavy Support:

Dev Squad w/ 4x ML

Storm Raven w/ AC/MM

2000 on the dot.

Basic Tactics:

Sniper squad is an objective holder/support unit for the Dev squad, VV DoA, Storm Raven transports Furioso and Sang Guard w/ attached Sang. Priest, Libby and 2nd Sang Priest join a ASM, 3rd Sang Priest joins 2nd ASM

I'm often disappointed with the Vanguard, who are too easy to kill for their points.
Same with the sanguinary guard, which doesn't really shine compared to a honour guard for example.

I would scrap the sanguinary guard and one priest, and happily replace them with CC termies or a Death company (also to be put inside the Stormraven).

Also, you are a little short on troops too, so I would replace the VV with more assault squads.

I'd tone down the VVets... 5 is fine with a fist and pwep or 2 - make sure they can get stuck in. But I wouldn't spend megapoints on them.
