As title implies.

Did all Primarchs inherent some of the Emperors awesome powers?

The ones I can confirm are Magnus, Lorgar and Corax (without much thought)

So yeah, discuss!

Sanguinius, Leman Russ, and the Night Haunter also exhibited psychic powers.

Not all of them did, however.

Angron, Mortarion and Russ were definitely not psykers. Fulgrim may have been, as he had psychic shields that he lowered to allow a daemon to possess him.

Arguing with some people is like playing chess with a pigeon. You can play the best chess in the world, but at the end of the day the pigeon will still knock all the pieces off the board and then gak all over it.

Sanguinus could see the future, Russ had that shout thing, but what did the Night Haunter do.

Didn't Angron have some sort of a telephatic chat with Sanguinius during the siege of the emperor's palace?

Russ was rumoured to be able to see the future but i'm not sure if that was just him being lucky...

Given that they're all the offspring of the Emperor, the most powerful psyker in human history, I think it's safe to say all of them are potent psykers but some more then others and some like Angron really never developed their psychic capabilities.

I'm at your window

Angron won't be a psychic because khore hates psychics and Mortarion has psychic powers now but non before the heresy.

Tali'Zorah: I appreciate what you're doing here, Shepard.
Commander Shepard: Well, I care deeply about the quarian people.
Tali'Zorah: It's good to be back on the Normandy.
Commander Shepard: Let me know if it's too quiet for you to sleep, and I'll find you someplace louder.
Tali'Zorah: Hmm.
Garrus Vakarian: Uh, I was there when you two had your thing, remember? Just get a room and work it out.

Sanguinus possessed the ability of farsight.
Night Haunter also possessed this, it however manifested itself in painful dreams, like the ones Talos has in the Night Lords books.
Magnus is obvious.
Lorgar had visions of the Emperor's arrival on Colchis. They pained and scared him, and his true psychic potential was never truly mastered.
No idea about the rest.

So far it has manifested in situations of high emotion, talking to Magnus about taking the Pilgrimage, and when fighting Corax. On the latter occasion, it just manifested as a blinding golden light, that never really did anything else. It soon dissipated

As for Corax.

In Raven's Flight you learn that he has an ability only the Emperor knows about.

He can turn invisible, not like invisible you can't see me anymore, but he will effect everyones mind to not notice him anymore. Scanners and machines still see him perfectly well.

He walks through the ranks of Iron Warriors without being noticed this way... while crying (hah!)

Russ' shout is described as definitely a psychic attack.

Think all of them are/were latent psykers, and only a couple truly developed them (some in strange but peculiar ways like Russ' shout).

Actually, the Lion has.

In Descent of Angels, Zahariel, a Space Marine Librarian, is able to see Warp energy flowing around him. He then notes that he suspected the Lion did as well, because his gaze was following the path of the Warp-smoke directly.

I personally think that all the Primarchs had a measure of psychic potential, Magnus of course being the one with the greatest and who embraced it the most, but others are explicitly shown to, and ironically, Leman Russ did as well, the flare of his rage manifesting as a psychic shockwave. Others that have been mentioned have demonstrated evidence of psychic power. I have the theory that the general "aura" described as surrounding the Primarchs, mentioned basically any time one shows up, is psychic in nature, but this is all conjecture on my part.

I'm going to agree with this.
Each of the primarchs probably do have a perfectly good ability to utilise psychic power. But it comes down to whether or not said primarch mentally chooses to tap into their innate abilities.
Angron being one of the ones that probably never thought about it because he was forever focused on physical slaughter rather then what he probably thought was a pile of poop... For lack of a better expression.

This is interesting, and brought something to the forefront of my memory. In Mechanicum, didn't it mention that Terra had lots of Shaman, and as they all died their conscious and powers merged until The Emperor came into being? So he could have fractioned off some of his power to the Primarchs. What if he had done that again before he met Horus in their final battle? That would be an interesting plot twist.

"Orkses never lost a battle. If we win we win, if we die we die fighting so it don't count. If we runs for it we don't die neither, cos we can come back for annuver go, see!"

I dig how in a setting where giant, muscled fungus men ride Mad Max cars and use their own teeth as currency, the concept of little engineering dudes with beards was considered a step too far down the aisle of silliness.

I don't remember that in Mechanicum, but I could be wrong. I suppose it's possible, maybe created the GKs around this time, but siphoning his power just before a confrontation for the fate of humanity just seems a bit silly for the Emperor

Not that silly, there is a similar story in the bible JC knew he was going to die.

But he was meant to die. The Emperor never seemed like he'd accept death.

All of the primarchs definitely have some tie to the warp. There are lots of other hints, as previous posters mentioned - general psychic sensitivity or some other kind of latent psychic power is exhibited by just about every primarch. Also, I believe it's in First Heretic where they allude to

Spoiler:
the Emperor basically making a pact with Chaos in order to master the secrets of their creation.

That combined with the fact that just making 20 of them seemed to be a nearly impossible task seems to indicate they aren't just a product of genetic manipulation. Even more telling, when Ferrus Manus is beheaded on Istvaan IV, warp energy is described as flowing from his neck.

It seems like the primarchs are all naturally infused with warp power, on such a low level that it's like a part of their biology. Yes they're big, and they have some pretty advanced physiology, but their toughness and strength alone are beyond what a purely organic creature could probably ever do. When you think of it this way, they all could possess latent abilities that are always active (impossible strength, speed, future-sight, rapid healing of nearly any wound, awe-inspiring aura, etc), which actually makes the primarchs seem sort of plausible. In my opinion, the primarchs could probably be considered the Emperor's own daemon princes.

Sanguinus was the one that knew he would die, as he could see the future. Big E fully expected Horus to repent even during the fight.

It's a daemon who said that. If you believe daemons, you probably also believe bridge salesmen.

The Grey Knights were created by Malcador. The Big E just stamped his approval on the idea and otherwise had nothing to do with it.
