Okay, so Mind War says:
Codex: Eldar wrote: For each point the Farseer wins by, the target loses a wound, with no armour save allowed.
Feel No Pain says:
Rulebook wrote:Neither can it be used against...any other wound against which no armour save can ever be taken
So, Mind War ignores armour, and therefore FNP? Am I reading this right?

Since it is an attack that does not allow an armor save then correct you do not get FNP.
