It's a fun thought for a fluff list, but will fall flat.

Harlie units - Fusion Pistols aren't worth the cost. You will find that a vast majority of the time you end up killing yourself from the resulting explosion. Death Jester, are aweful. You are shooting at an under 24" range which means your opponent will roll up 12" and shoot the piss out of you. Either do 9 Harlies with kisses and a seer or 8 harlies with kisses, seer, troupe master with power weapon.

Wraithguard - Warlock should have conceal to protect from AP3 shots. (you never know when you'll be caught out of cover or hit with barrage)

Wraithlords - Only 2 builds you should ever consider: Swordlord (only wraithsword) or Anti-tank Lord (EML + Brightlance). Choose the role you need to fill and go with it. In this list it is definately EML + BL.

Pathfinders - Meh, but with the foot suppor they should be decent as long as you don't put them too far out.

but i think it would be fun to play with dagger is right on with the WL give them a roll to fill and gear them up for it.

personally i have a fun list i was gonna run this weekend and use sword BL lord to goof off against marines hopeing to get him into melee and watch the marines go nuts unable to hurt the damn thing while i focus fire on the HQ IF hes str 5

Harlies are nice but too expensive and cant hang with most melee units out there unfortunitly
