0 is not enough Arc nodes...Deathjack is not a substitute.
Otherwise the options taken look ok enough.
Coven specialize in delivery of her army, and generally the delivery of a heavy. The DJ is a good jack, but personally, the Nightmare maximizes their maximum threat range, as with Ghostly, Curse, and Veil, she can throw a jack through most things.

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

I agree with Sanct. Coven needs a node, they are one of the few that sometimes want two nodes, actually. 2 max units might be overkill. With no jacks to power, maybe turn the warwitch siren into Madelyn?

All in all, fact is that Warhammer 40K has never been as balanced as it is now, and codex releases have never been as interesting as they are now (new units and vehicles and tons of new special rules/strategies each release -- not just the same old crap with a few changes in statlines and points costs).

I don't know a lot about Cryx, but I do know this: if I played Cryx, the Witch Coven would be my warcaster. That's an awesome and flavorful model(s) there, with a deeply neat power set.

@deevil,
Just saying, Raiders will far outpace the Ragman...and if they are hanging back for him, they are not doing their jobs.
Other than that, it looks ok.
