Reading through DE lore, they seem to oscillate between seeing psykers as amusing toys or ghaslty offenses to the Dark Eldar Way of Life, to be disintegrated on sight and never brought into their city.

Why is that? Do they think Slaanesh will get a better hold on their souls via psykers? Is it just petty spite? A way to further spit on their Craftworld cousins?

Are psykers even born among Dark Eldar anymore?

In Boxing matches, you actually get paid to take a dive and make the other guy look good.

In Warhammer 40K, you're expected to pay cash out of your pocket for the privilege of having Marines and IG trample all over your Xenos/Chaos.

Psykers attract Demons and if demons get into Cammoragh then the DE are devoured.

Living in the webway together with psykers is like living in an oil refinery with children equipped with heavy flamers. You don't want to have daemon lure in a city that close to the warp.

As the above "psykers attrack daemons." That's the main reason.

Also psykers kinda created their fall. Personally I wouldn't want that crap around me either, just a thought.

All have a potential, but Dark Eldar don't use it since the fall, they even don't use Wraithbone (psychoreactive material).

And psykers only have to test for dangers from the warp when they use their powers, not every round.

Dark Eldar psychic potential has actually begun to atrophy. In return, they've gained better night vision and faster reaction times than the Craftworlders.

All daemon attracting aside, I would think that the Dark Eldar would fail to use psychic abilities just to spite their Craftworld cousins. The Eldar brought about the birth of Slaanesh, right?

Its because a Psyker is a potential entrance for Daemons.

Basically its a potential door into the city for Slannesh daemons. Which would be very bad.

Not to mention that without soulstones they'd be very reluctant to practice psychic powers. Catch the attention of Slaanash and there's no failsafe like for their Craftworld cousins.

Not quite.

It is more accurate to say that it was the Dark Eldar forebears themselves who wrought that.
The Craftworlders and exodites stopped their hanky-pankying and buggered off before the end happened.

From what I reads on the matter the dark eldar know what is happening to them and have taken measures to work around it. Refilling their depleted souls with other peoples soul energy.
Psychers attract attention to themselves and Cormoragh (sp) so they outlawed it to help with the safety of their haven city.
She who thirsts knows about whats going on but since they are such a perverse lot is kind of amused to watch it play out for the time being before at some point making a big push to break in and tequila shooter the whole city.
