So if I overrun, or pursuit into another unit I know that is considered a charge.

My question,  is the pursuit/overrun roll considered a charge roll to determine if you get D3 impact hits?

I.e. If I roll a 10 on my overrun and I hit another unit, on the ensuing combat phase I get D3 impact hits.

Yes because if you reach a unit with pursue/overrun you count as charging.

Yes. It is treated as a normal charge, meaning the overrun must perforce be the charge roll
