Tzeentch Veteran Marine with Psychic Potential

Heavily themed list. Set myself the restriction of taking nothing with a Mark other than Tzeentch. I've played two games with so far, both against Grey Knights (2 wins. Invulnerable saves on literally everything makes Grey Knight force weapons sad).

Close range shooting army with a few close combat and long range options.

Bolt of Change on the Daemon Prince is because in my experience he can kill himself out of assault range with Wind and die to shooting so this way I get a little ranged anti-transport.

Summoned Daemons either assault as they deep strike or sit on objectives and go to ground a lot.

Terminators are intended to hunt vehicles. I'm rather fond of these since I converted some from Grey Knights.

Yeah, those Terminators look pretty good!

I don't like CSMs without the IoCG due to morale issues, not that it helps alot when 3 die and you have to roll a 7, twice. I personally would either make them another 1k sons unit (to be Fearless) or use plague marine stats and get a 6 man squad, painted as your 'Scourged' unit.

I would seriously consider dropping the Pred and getting 3 more Oblits (Units of 2x2). They are cheaper, arguablly more survivable, and can produce more firepower (IMO). Either that or drop the Oblit and get a 2nd Pred.

Do you need 5 Terminators? Could you be happy with 3-4?

Sadly Plague Marines would be about the least fitting thing you could include in a Tzeentch army.

Oh I know, but that is part of the suck with the current Codex... if your not running Black Legion your screwed due to the terrible morale issues of chaos.

I am not saying getting plague marine minis, I am saying use the current CSM figs you have and make them a 6 man 'plague' marine squad.

Every guy who whines about WYSIWYG, you punch them in the mouth. Either that or you wait for 6th Ed where you pray to the Chaos Gods the cover is a picture of Gav Thorps severed head and it actually allows you to make complete lists for every God instead of just Cult and HQs.
