Does Quicksilver bypass Daemon Hammer and other such items? For example, if I use Quicksilver on a squad with a Daemon Hammer, does the Hammer strike at Int 10?
Does Cleansing Flame roll to wound friendly models in the assault?
What is a strength and initiative test?

Well to answer your first question the answer is no. The thunder hammer specifically says it strikes at init 1. That means no matter the initiative of the wielder it will strike at init 1.
As to cleansing flames it shouldn't unless it states that it strikes all models.
And a stat test is rolled on a d6 where the object is to roll equal to or higher than the stat value of the model taking the test. A roll of 6 is ALWAYS a fail, and a roll of 1 is ALWAYS a pass. So even if I have a toughness of 6-10, I roll a 6... then I fail the test.
