Sorry if this has already be address and for the fight that may or may not erupt over the internet .If a deffrolla attacks a skimmer and the skimmer dodges , does the skimmer still get rollaed? I have heard it go both ways but dont have any rules to support. The Ork FAQ does mention stopping a deffrolla still causing the D6 damage, but it doesnt say anything about skimmers (IIRC) .

If you dodge the ram, no ram (and therefore no special type of tankshock) occured - so no damage.

Think of it in the following sense. The deffrolla simply adds extra rules for when the vehicle tank shocks and rams. If a skimmer dodges the ram from the battlewagon, then no damage can occur that would be the result of being rammed.
