What would the best HQ be for Blood Angels, for 200 points or under, with a jump pack?

If I have 5 DC and a Chaplain/Reclusiarch in a Razorback, what would be the best options to take?

Finally, should I buy some tactical marines? (So far, I've been running two assault squads and a DC squad for troops)

Really the best option is a librarian. Shield and unleash rage is a popular mix of powers, but blood lance and a few others could be useful too.

I'd second the librarian. He's good all around, but lacks an invulnerable save, so is fragile.

With regards to tacticals, I'd say no. If you want a 'fluffy' type of list, they are appropriate. For competition, the assault marines and DC (mostly the assault marines) bring more to the table for the points (cheaper transports if you go foot assault marines, for example).

Thanks for the advice guys. I think the Shield of Sanguinus sounds good, basically the same effect as a KFF, and I know how many times that's saved my ass

Yeah, for Blood Angels HQs, it's pretty much Librarian, Mephiston or bust. A Reclusiarch can be ok if you have a DC, and Dante and the Sanguinor are semi-competitive.

Bog standard librarian is probably the best, although if you just want to hit people, mephiston is fun. Dante is really only worth taking if you're going to be running sanguinary guard as troops, but his no scatter deep strike can be an unpleasant surprise for people when combined with honour guard wielding meltaguns.
