The eye glow did come out quite nice! Care to share a tutorial?

I kinda feel that the wing membranes and the skin could use a lighter highlight, would help separate the sections of the model and give it a little more interest overall. This would also help your reds pop a little more, which seems to me to be your main color.

Also, perhaps if the scales had a bit more of a hint of green or teal in there?

Looking good otherwise though.
