I really like ones with the shades they look like a orky secret service or a armed band haha very well done i have dreamed of finding a haul of gorkamorka orks to build a army for 40k no luck yet . Really like the skin tones and bases are well done

I like your more naturalistic green to the skin, makes the boyz look much more realistic. The red shades are nice as well.

The only thing I could suggest is maybe painting a couple of their trousers as different colors, or slightly different shades. Orks are more individualistic than a lot of armies, and maybe finding a way to show that would be good. Of course, I might just be coming from a mindset of GorkaMorka where the boys really ARE all individuals, so that could be the issue...

Yeah, orks probably ought to vary wildly from ork to ork, though I kinda have a thing for uniformity :p
