Can A model with Terminator armour that is an independant character join a squad of power armour marines?
Example; Draigo joining a unit of Purifiers.

An IC has explicit permission to join ANY unti that is not a vehicle or alwys composed of one model.

another question off topic, can an IC not in termi armor perform a sweeping advance where the termies cannot?

n0t_u: No, but six can shoot out of it. Other than that it's a Rhino with a Heavy Flamer thrown on if I remember correctly.
