hey Dakka, having seen another thread like this, it encouraged me to try my own hand at it. now this is hopefully going to take off and become large, but I could fully accept it being nothing more than a few gamers having fun. now the Heralds of Despair will be open to all gamers, and will hopefully cater to them all. want a super competitive group, then look for placement in the 5th Sword's 1st Company, want a pool of regular players, just shooting the breeze, look for placement in the 3rd-5th Companies(2nd will be filled with the top players of this pool), and if you want an even more relaxed placement then the 6th-9th will be for you, a place to come and simply find others who just want to play when ever they can find the time to. the 10th Company is for possible recruits, and after the 5th Sword all seeking to join will be placed into this company, and will be paired up with a player from one of the other pools for testing, once found acceptable, their teachers will give me the A'Ok and I will place them into their desired pool.

there will also be a ranking system, now this will be far more selective, but I expect the ranks to be self explanatory,Sword Bearer(Runs a Sword & 1st Company),Master of Sanctity(takes tabs on all recruits and recruits for the 1st Company) Chief Librarian(takes tabs on all companies), Captain(is in charge of a Company),Chaplain(manages recruit pool for each Company),Librarian(Manages states of the Company), Veteran Sgt(Leads a Vet Squad, or Normal Squad), Sgt(Leads a Normal Squad).
