Chaos has probably more servitors, and by extension servo skulls, per man than the Imperium.

To elaborate a bit:

Chaos Marines are dwindling in size (depending on your fluff source), however are constantly looting and replacing servitors and such in order to keep equipment and ships operational. Even though I can't think of a specific source that mentions that they do have servo skulls, I also see no reason that they wouldn't be used.

What makes you think this?

Chaos forces are much, much smaller and have a much worse equipment supply. Even if you think that just the ratio is higher, I dont think the Chaos forces can even do that.

But some servitors and servo skulls should be possible.

Because Servitors, from my understanding of them, would be fairly easy to change to work for Chaos while actual people wouldn't be. And I am talking completely about ratio, the IoM wins in terms of numbers.

I always imagined a Chaos servo skull to be like a rotting head with a spinal cord hanging out of the bottom.

I think the ratio could be comparable among Chaos Marine warbands because they take so many slaves. So, while they may not have as many servitors, they could definitely have more unaugmented servants.

Chaos servo skulls are definitely possible, there are just no rules for them in standard 40k.
