You could do with some melta in there just in case. Probably in the CCS to make use of their BS4. Flamers is a waste on them.
Go autocannon on the HWS for 15 less points.
I would like a commissar in there, possibly drop one platoon down to 20 and stick one in the 30 man squad.
it's tough trying to get 3 LR in a 1,000 point list but you're not far off I feel.

I like it. Its humble yet with decent target priorities you can cripple the enemy with what you have there. Many people will tell you to usw the combined squads rule, and stash a commissar in there to prevent moral failure making a 150+pt block of men run away.
However there is much to say about having the infantry squads seperate, and acting as 'speed bump' units. Trying to use orders such as Move, Incoming, and first rank/second rank fire will not be as effective, with more orders needed to effect each seperate squad.
Making the enemy have to fight through waves of cheap men allows you to whittle them down with battlecannon shells and a steady stream of lasgun fire. At higher points levels you might want veterans with full melta/plasma kit walking or in chimera along with you regular men. That, or uprade all CCS and PCS to have full melta or plasma, and get lascannon hvy weapon teams, probably 9 teams.

I dunno Kyranzor, I have played that style and 3 bolter rounds are needed to make the unit run. The units having no Ld backbone is really felt in a list like this... play it a few times and you will see what I mean.
I also do not like seeing empty special weapon slots in IG, or poorly used ones. Lets face it, you go against power armor and you got 2 battle cannons and nothing else. And to be honest, if you face another AV 14 vehicle, your only option is the Vanq with it's BS 3 shot.... it does not inspire confidence.
Give it a few goes, but be ready...

Commissars in the blobs, if you're running the infantry squads as blobs. Not sure if I like the flamer in the blob, you really don't want to be that close to them and if they end up close to you at the end of their turn then you'll want to get the charge bonus instead of them.
Acs over the missile launchers, definitely. Personally, I think you should drop a Russ for the points.
