I saw you posted a couple times about
PA gaming and
40K events. I am in West Chester,
PA - Outside of Philly. Actually Oni, there are at least 4 partnership stores in
PA, but we are a big state.
Around here (greater philly area), the best place for most events is Showcase Comics and Games in Media. They have another store in Bryn Mawr (outside Philly as well) but the Media store was just relocated to a new, larger space that incorporates the gaming bunker they had in the store itself. Mike has had both stores (partnership level) for about 20 years and it is a must see to believe store. This is the Philly hotspot.

They hold many small events throughout the year. For the Indy Circuit they have a
40K GT in February,
40K and Fantasy in July, and Fantasy in November.
The Adventurer's Guild in Harrisburg hold small events and their big event is at the end of January, called Cabin Fever. It is better to follow them on Facebook rather than their website. Rich has had the store for about 11 years and is the center of the Harrisburg area gaming.
