Have only played two games of Malifaux (both this week) and haven't seen any Outcasts in play yet, so I can't help you directly. However, PullMyFinger is a Malifaux wiki. There is a Viktoria tactica there.

I have been playing the Vickys off and on for over a year, so here goes nothing. The Vickys are a glass cannon and the box set does not have the best synergies to it. Dont get me wrong, it works, just not as good as it could. The addition of the Ronin will be be a boon. Last game I played I had: Vickys, Misaki, 3 Ronin, Student of Conflict, and Convicted Gunslinger. It was a very effective list. I also try a all girl list: Vickys, Taylor, Misaki, 3 Ronin. This works ok. I play it mainly for the theme. With the release of Miss Demenor and Despreate Merc the options for this theme opened up. I have not tried Killjoy. It is a brutal model, just could not justify the high cost. That is just my hang up.
Just remember to keep the Vickys contantly moving and chopping, trying like heck to not let them get too far ahead the rest of the crew and you should do alright.

Viktorias while there are two of them are very much a glass cannon
Firstly list creation:
say you're playing a 35 point game
you spend 27 points on models, and the remaining 8 go towards your cache
this cache can then be used by your master during the game to boost flips, you use a soulstone and flip a card from the top of the deck, adding that to your total
Viktoria's really need a largish cache, and 8 is the maximum any model can have in their cache
You NEED to kill your target on the charge and leave them no opportunity to retaliate.
Her crew of mercenaries that come in the box set unfortunately don't have a great deal of synergy, the first thing you'll want to get is a clamshell of Ronin. The Ronin are like female Samurai, and work really well with the Viktorias.
Killjoy can be used with the Viktorias, however you'll have the massive issue of a delivery mechanism. The summoning of Killjoy requires the sacrifice of one of YOUR models, which is a bit of a downer as Viktorias mostly use a small elite crew.

Killjoy also requires you to discard a control card every turn inorder for him to be used by you. If you don't discard, the opponent can and gains control of killjoy for that turn -not a fan of that!

I'd recommend picking up a Convict Gunslinger to add to your crew, in fact you can't really go wrong with adding a Convict Gunslinger to any crew.

This. Ronin and a convict Gunslinger are good to have.
Ronin are a must if you want to have the "Another One?" insurance policy.
Swap out Johan and Bishop.
They are good, but will be more useful when you understand the game better.

I completly agree with Skrulnik and myself, my Convict Gunslinger was my most played model, until I got Miss Demeanor.

Who is just a limited edition Convict Gunslinger.
I have my Convict painted with an orange jumpsuit.
Will probably paint Miss in b&w stripes, or khaki.

Being fairly new to Malifaux too, I thought I'd share what I have learnt so far.
The Viks are awesome. The key thing for me was to figure out how to use 'Sisters in Spirit' and zip sword Vik forward with full action points available. You then have 3 rounds of attacks to kill your target. With soulstones at the ready everything I've attacked has died, so far.
I've found that timing it for turn 2 or 3 gives me a chance to get some Masks in my hand, ready for the Whirlwind trigger to take on other enemies nearby.
Crew wise, I've been taking the Freikorps for back up. The Trapper is particularly useful (and annoying to the enemy)with his 16" range and being able to ignore most cover.
