Say you have a Crisis squad of your max 3 models... You want them all to be able to engage different enemies. You would only need to buy 2 target locks for 2 of the models instead of 3 (one for each model). Thus, you save 5 points and all 3 can engage different targets if you so wish. Is this correct?

Yes you are right. 2 is sufficient for all three suits to target different units as the main squad (1 suit) shoots at one unit while the other two use their target locks to divert their weaponry to other units.

Insanity, who would have thought 1+1+1=3.

Only 2 targets locks are needed to engage 3 enimes e.g. Sqaud engages target X-ray, suit Alpha fires at X-ray. Suit Bravo activates target lock and engages target Yankie, suit Charlie activates target lock and engages target Zulu. Also this should be in the tactics forum.
