My knowledge of Lawton/Fort Sill is far less than the OKC metro, however I do know that there are 2 game stores in Lawton. One is Carolina Comics, which if memory serves is by the mall. Nice shop, clean, decent selection. The other is Ergo Flux or Ego Flux or something. Had a smaller selection.
Haven't played at either location so YMMV on the atmosphere and opponents.
There's a few shops in OKC. One by Tinker in the Midwest City/Del City area called New World. Good tables/terrain. Good selection, the store could use a bit of tidying up though. Quite a bit of quality players.
Little Shop of Games is a very small shop, it also has a miniscule GW selection. Never played there though.
GamesHQ has quite a following, it's around the south side of OKC/Moore. I have a few friends that have played there occasionally, said that the GW games are falling out of favor and WarmaHordes is the system of choice. One of their regulars will probably post here with more to say.
My personal FLGS is located in Norman (Wizard's Asylum). Good selection, friendly and helpful group of regulars. A fair terrain selection. WarmaHordes has started taking quite the strong hold after a 3 year hiatus. Fantasy and 40k are still being played but in the last month or so it's taken to the back-burner.
Also, quite a few have regular game nights, you should inquire each store for when their's is. At Wizard's, our regular war-games night is Tuesday starting at 6:30. Though games usually start a fair bit later than that.

There aren't any GW offical stores in the state. Everything mentioned is a Friendly Local Game Stores (FLGS). The closest GW stores to OKC/Lawton are probably going to be in Dallas. I imagine that google is showing you stores that carry Games Workshop product.
Also, in the event that you are interested in tournaments, stores in OKC and Wichita Falls, Tx (About a 45 minute to hour drive from Lawton/Fort Sill) do run them. Again I don't know a ton about either of the stores in Lawton, but if I were to guess I'd say that at least one of them runs semi-regular tournaments.

I live and play at the local shop here in Norman. Unfortunately, there's not a ton of cross-shop chatter. A forum would certainly make the OKC 40K/Fantasy/WarmaHordes scene better.
My advice to you is to check out both Carolina Comics (305 Sw C Ave. Lawton, Ok 73501) and Ergo Fluxx (1907 NW Sheridan Road Lawton, Ok 73505). I'm pretty sure Carolina Comics has been doing 'Ard Boyz this year too.
It would be way more difficult for you to make it to OKC regularly as it's 1-1.5 hours away from Lawton/Ft. Sill. But if you feel like making a drive there's the shops available that I wrote about earlier, as well as at least 1 store in Wichita Falls, Texas (45 minutes - an hour from Lawton/Ft. Sill)
