Hey Dakka!

It's time for another attempt at a blog from me. This time I'm hoping I'll post for more than a few weeks.

Here's the story:

I have received a large number of models from a couple of friends who are getting out of the hobby. As such, I have a large assortment of bits, painted models, assembled models and still packed models to go through.

I went out and bought myself the Vallejo range of paints and plan on burning my way through these things as fast as I can. I figure it will be a good opportunity for me to work on different painting techniques, modelling, greenstuff, etc.

I haven't compiled the whole list of what I've got but here's a snapshot.

Here's my start on the Warboss. Apologies for the poor photos, I haven't built my lightbox yet.





I didn't like the position of the head relative to the Powerklaw so I repositioned it to look down his arm using a little greenstuff.

Quick update:

Skin on the Ork Warboss is finished. So far, I'm really happy with the results. Built a quick ghetto lightbox to photograph with.



Don't know if I'll get any more done on him tonight. I'll likely be scrubbing some boys and gretchin clean after their pine-sol bath.

No pic update today, but my 4 Gretchin are stripped, cleaned and ready for priming. I'm hoping for no more than a day before they're done!
