Was wondering if anyone could tell me if there is supposed to be more than 3 sprues in the nob box. I need nobs with power claws and boss poles to lead my ork boys but i only see 3 power claws on the sprues.

Per the GW website:

This box set contains five multi-part plastic Ork Nobz. This 104-piece set includes: 10 head variations, five different torso-fronts and five body variations allowing you to assemble a unique looking squad. Also included are a range of weapon options including: big choppas, power klaws, shoota/rokkit kombi-weapons, a shoota/skorcha kombi-weapon, sluggas and choppas. Additonally there are a host of extra components to allow you to further customise your squad, including parts to upgrade your Nobz with Cybork bodies and a Grot ammo runt. Models supplied with 25mm round bases.

If that doesn't help, I suggest calling a GW location. They would probably know best.

There's only three power klaws in the box. Use the power klaws from the boyz boxes; they're the same size.

One more question. the codex says i can have a nob using a wag banner, but i cant seem to find it on the sprue. is that one of those things you have to scratch build or do you have to assemble it from multiple parts on the sprue and im just not seeing it.
