Librarian with JP to run with the VV unit using Force Dome to give my unit a Inv save and Null Zone to take his away( I welcome any thoughts on better Powers). This uses one Psychic for the Movement phase one during the Shooting phase leaving me with the ability to use my Force weapon during the Assault phase as I can only use one per phase.

Chaplain with JP to also run with the VV for the re-rolls and stubborn.

The HQ's do not have to go with the VV if they were to HI and would them just make them fast moving support as and where needed.

Vanguard my fast moving kill unit, this unit 99% of the time would never HI but my opponent would have to consider this at set up as I would do it if enough Armor and/or units was close enough to make it worth my while to multi-charge.

The one 10 man Troop would move with or providing cover (Rhino)for the VV as they move forward for when attacking body's are needed.

I think I have a lot of firepower and would stand and shoot where needed before attacking or try the most efficient way to go across the board and attack depending on the opponent.

HQ:
Librarian - Jump Pack, Force Dome and Null Zone - 125
Chaplain - Jump Pack, Melta Bombs - 120

Fast Attack:
8 Vanguard Veterans all Jump Packs- Sgt-PF,MB - 4-LC,MBs - 3-PW - 405

Troops:
10 man - Sgt-PF,Melta Bombs - 1-Meltagun - 1-Plasma Cannon - 205
Rhino extra Storm Bolter - 45
5 man - Sgt-PF,Melta Bombs - 120
Razorback - Lascannon/Twin Linked Plasmagun - 75
5 man - Sgt-PF,Melta Bombs - 120
Razorback - TLAC - 75
5 man - Sgt-PF, Melta Bombs - 120
Razorback - TLAC - 75

Heavy Support:
Vindicator - 120
Predator - AC and LC sponsons - 120
Predator - AC and LC sponsons - 120

Total 1850 Points

Any thoughts and suggestions are always welcome

You have only one librarian in a blood raven list? I am not sure vanilla marine codex best fits their fluff.

Razorback squads. In combat is highly unlikely your sergeants will get to use their powerfist where as powersword I could see happening. Then meltabombs and powerfist always seems overkill anyway.
Twin linked assault cannon sounds great as it kills everything. However, you can just jump out and use your bolter fire to try to take out troops and the turret is relatively expensive.

Rhino squad - go for combimelta and sure go for either the meltabombs or the powerfist.

The heavy choices are good.

The jump packers. So usually I would not recommend the chaplain. Not sure that applies here but I'll go through the reasons - fearless is pretty bad for most marine squads and you reroll st4 hits, basically a captain has more hitting power than the chaplain produces.
You should have a cc hammer but this too expensive and isn't effective enough. Try assault termies or captain with command squad on bikes with storm shields.

I would love to use two Librarians if the C:SM had decent powers and they do not. Sad
Crap!!!.........looking at this, I did completely miss read the rule that is one power per-turn not one power per-phase so I will have rethink the two Librarians.

The only thing with the Chaplain is he gives the whole squad re-rolls to hit.
I think I will look at the Captain a little harder with the higher Initiative.

Combi-melta good idea as I keep missing there use and taking that I would replace the meltabomb on the Sgt.

The Power-Fists on the small squads would save 30 points but would they be needed more end game after a hard fight as I expect my two big squads to be dead or would Power Swords be enough.

On the Razorbacks its 105 points for the 3 but those same points only gain 5 guys, what things would work better, could do a Rifleman Dread for 115.

More feed back please

psychic powers is per player turn but it does not affect vanilla marines.

Well actually I would go for heavy bolters as they are cheap and you lack troop killers, especially with long range.

Have you considered other codices to give you a list? to fit the fluff better. Tigirius would be good if you meant to be psychers.
