Thats awesome! The camo colours contrast really well. I not a fan of the multi-coloured gems tho, But thats just me.

Love the camo and overall look, but "candy colored" gems dont fit imho. I would stic to one color (red?)

That looks amazing. I'm loving the camo. And while the color of the spirit stones may not have been the best choice, the technique is sound.

Looks rather good. But it is a bit unrealistic, I would not really think it is very dark eldary. I mean why would a dark eldar bother to paint camo? I don't see why an aircraft would be painted so anyway.

10 out of 10 for effort. And that aside, it does look rather good.

It looks like some kind of futuristic Russian fighter.

I think the camo stripes are his rendition of the Flickerfields. He intended to paint all his vehicles which has the FF with the camo stripes - 2 Venoms & 3 more Ravagers.


Yup, the colourful stones/gems do look like smarties hahaha!!

That's awesome, and I'd keep those gems just the way they are, you're gonna want that color as a contrast element when you're looking at a whole wall of vehicles, and the first trap DE painters fall into is thinking "Black and red (or purple) is all I need to look badass." If anything, I think it needs one more large flat-surface contrast color to break up the surface a little more. Maybe paint the blade edges on the wings and tail in a metallic or NMM bronze, they look sweet when you make 'em into real blades instead of just more fuselage.

I love it! Very nice camo pattern. I agree with the comments that he should really just stick with one or two colors for the gems. It was the first thing I thought when I saw the model.

It looks good. It does not seem much like the standard DE aesthetic, but its a good technique nonetheless. I bet a whole army of DE painted in this fashion would be quite impressive.
