As the title says art of tactic, is it any good. Im a 40k player looking for a change. I saw the excellent minis and wondered if the game was just as good

I dont play with the actuel ruleset, so I dont know BUT, regardless of the integrity or lack thereof of the rules, the zvesda minitures are extremely well done for their price. 42 decent looking vikings for 8 bucks!? I mean, what can you ask for.
