Second list. Their drop pod is rubbish.
I would go for 5 man groups with lascannon and plasma guns or 3 marines and 2 scouts keeping them cheap. Cc weapons for 5 man squads isn't fun. 4 bolters and one flamer is not a bad option.

Helbrecht is in power armour and cannot take terminators as a retnue. I would drop him and get a High Marhsal w/ LC,SS, Adamanite cloak, Terminator armour (thats if you want to take a Terminator Retnue)
Otherwise what kind of army are you trying to run? are you going for shooty or CC

I should point out for your needs a single BT drop pod is not a good option. BT drop pod armies are a great choice.

You love them .
They are 30 pts compared to 35. The drop pod lands the same way.
The enemies deathwing drop pods are forced to land first turn and nothing happens.
You then roughly half your army comes on and then a further third the next turn this is comparable to coming on with the expensive pods. You have less control in order but deal with it you have a cheaper delivery and can not be full reserved against.
The enemy drop pod armies have is if the opponent puts everything into reserve you are forced to guess where they will come on and you do not get the first shot. Given that drop pod armies rely on melting all tanks in short range at the start this is a huge problem.

i can not sense it that is sarcasm or what. BT drop pods are a waste of points if you want to reserve some of your army just walk them on the table. If you are running a BT DP army you will lose 9 times out of 10. Not only can you NOT charge but what are you going to do shot your bolt pistols at them?! then its to easy to kite you with an empty transport to negate your Righteous Zeal movement. basically what you are doing is giving the enemy a free turn to kill half your squad then assault them. Your best bet is to buy rhinos and drive em up the field. OR play the more competitive shooty BT lists where you dont even need them.

You can bring 5 man squads with meltas and drop pods cheaply. You could give people bolters not the bolt pistol and rapid fire when you land. Command squad carry a nice amount of melta.
You can roll your spirited preds from the back. Deepstrike your typhoons or come on at the back.
I have given the options for destroying tanks, oh well.
So you talk of playing ten games then? Do not knock what you haven't tried.
Now I will not claim competitiveness as player skill comes into it but there are a lot of people who play this sort of army .

you can field a 2k drop pod list ill take my normal shooty list and we will see who wins that. If you are going to give some one advice on how to make an army list start them off with basics not a list that will only bring failure.

This strange but some people say that it is better to run black templars in 5 men squad so then i have to take razorbacks as there transport. Then if i don't have a drop pod that close combat dreadnought will never make it to do anything at all it will die half way to the enemy.

its your army you can do what ever you want to do with it. All we can do is tell you what we have had the best results with. Lazorbacks are 90 points IMHO thats to expensive for something that cant score and will probli be blown up turn 3 latest. If you want a shooty list get 3 squads of 5man LC for 95pts, get 3 sqauds of 5 terminators w/ 2CML and tankhunters. Then grab 6 Landspeeder typhoon thats your basic shooty BT list + a few tanks.

My advice for this thread did start will basics.
Now people win using drop pod lists. So it will bring some wins not only failure. You have clearly never seen a black templar drop pod list or how they work. You do not speak of experience but merely reading the codex and playing without drop pods.
Let us not derail this thread and move on .
