These are really nice. I really like your powerfist chaplain. His gold armour is a great unique touch.
How did you paint his armour (it's awesome)?

As for the chaplain, I got an even mix of Citadel burnished gold & chainmail to base the model. Then used Badab black wash followed by varnishing the model<---(I did this about 3 times.) After that, and this is going to sound weird as all hell, I mixed a Citadel black paint with the juices inside a Kiwi Fruit and Prickly Pears. Then went over the model 2-3 times, this gave it a hint of glossy red which im not too sure shows up well on the photo. After that just did the basic detailing. I'll probably redo the weapon which i think could be done a bit better!

And how did you get the idea to use Kiwi Fruit and Prickly Pear juices?

Gloss Varnish mate! This bloke I used to work with he was a real tight arse with $$. He never wanted to buy paints so he used to try different things to see how they would turn out, told me about how the kiwi fruit and prickly pear juices make these really nice thick washes haha.
