I would give long fangs a lascannon just to give av14 cover. The rhinos/razorback thing is strange but the list is good. Also squeezing in a cyclone can be fun.

I think 15 troops is probably too few. You've spent a large portion of your points on HQs, but try to bring down the cost of the wolf lord. I'd either go all scouts or all TWcavalry at 1500 pts, but that's just me. You should drop the scouts, add in some marines to the rhinos or switch a rhino to a razorback for another lascannon.

It isn't a bad start but it could use some work!
1) On the Rune Priest, don't even bother with a Storm Bolter, keep him with the Chooser and powers, that's all he needs.
2) Drop the Melta Bombs on the Wolf Guard, there's no need for them if they have Power Fists.
3) Your Wolf Scouts have more gear than your Grey Hunters...no bueno my friend. Drop the mark, Melta Bombs and Power weapon and keep the melta gun...you'll need those 70 points elsewhere.
4) 15 Troop models at 1500 points...it's doable. However, those 15 aren't going to be scary enough to go around with Marks on them. I would drop the marks and use the points elsewhere.
5) Thunderwolves can only take 1 special Close Combat Weapon. For these bad boys, use the points from the 2 Frost Blades for a Single thunder hammer. 5 S10 attacks on the charge is a dream come true.
6) Good Start with the Long Fangs.
Here's what I would do following the suggestions from above:
H.Q.
Thunderwolf Lord
Wolf Claw, Storm Shield, Runic Armor, Saga of the Bear, 2x Fenrisian Wolves -270
Rune Priest
Chooser, Lightning, Hurricane -110
Elites
Wolf Guard 3x
3x Combi-Melta/Power Fist -129
Wolf Scouts 5x
Melta -85
Troops
Grey Hunters 6x
Melta, Mark of the Wulfen, Wolf Standard, Rhino -155
Grey Hunters 6x
Melta, Mark of the Wulfen, Wolf Standard, Rhino -155
Grey Hunters 5x
Melta, Las/Plas Razorback -155
Fast Attack
Thunderwolves 2x
Thunderhammer/Storm Shield, Storm Shield -190
Heavy Support
Long Fangs 5x
4x Missile -115
Long Fangs 5x
4x Missile -115
Total: 1479

I favor a cheap thunder wolf WL, frost blade, storm shield, wolf tooth necklace is all he needs IMO (215p, drop the necklace and the bomb and he's yours for only 200p and is stll a reliable chap!). Backed up by a couple of TWCs I usually feel pretty confident . He will probably die either way if he gets charged by something nasty (daemon prince, any nid monster, etc.) and then those extra points spent on seemingly useless trinkets will hurt.
And I do favor Vindicators over LFs and have razorbacks with TL LCs for long ranged anti tank. Vindicators doesn't only look awesome but are a lovely anti infantry tanks! And my LFs often gets killed before doing anything worthwhile anyway. I would fill my HQ slots with Two Vindicators and 6 LFs w. 5xML in a Lazorback at 1500pts. At 2k I might go all LFs and have 3x5 ML + 3 Lazorbacks since the quantity alone suddenly makes them MLs interesting .
Apart from that I try to cram in as many GHs as possible.

If a Storm Shield is taken, a Frost Blade is almost always worse than fielding a Wolf Claw.

@ 1500 points I don't really like using TWC. I have found that with the smaller point levels it is almost always better to load up on the ML LF and bigger GH squads in Rhinos. Take a RP and WP and you've got a decent force that has flexibility, staying power, and mobility. Something like this:
HQ:
RP Living Lightning, Tempests Wrath
Wolf Priest Saga of the Hunter
Troops:
3x 8 GH: MG, MotW, Banner, Rhino
Elites:
4x WG: all Combimelta/Powerfist
Wolf Scouts: MG
Heavy:
2x 6 LF with 5ML
Fast:
2x Land Speeders with TML and MM
The Wolf Priest serves two roles. He can either buff a unit of GH giving them PE, Fearless, and Stealth or he can use Stealth and Outflank with the Wolf Scouts also granting them PE and Fearless. The larger GH squads do more damage, are more survivable, and create more problems for your opponent than MSUs. While TWC are good they just don't hold up with all the I6 High Strength Force Weapons running around now a days, and even at 1500 points you will run into Purifiers, or any GK for that matter, with Halberds. At 1500 I don't take RB for the LF because the points are, imo, better spent on the speeders and moving on 6inches and then running in DoW missions has proven just as effective as driving on 12 inches turn 1 and not being able to shoot with the RB.
