I have to agree, it looks like one of those kind of smaller, speedy models. Give it Fast and let it Scout sounds pretty good.

I would've thought Scout would be a given considering it's name!

I think with scout it'd be balanced at it's cost, potentially warranting a 5pts increase, but I think it'd suit the vehicle more and improve it's role and utility, particularly as it's competing with the Vendetta/Valkyrie & Hellhound variants.

But yeah, I think the rules seem really solid and should really have been included in the 'dex itself, but could do with scout (potentially at 60pts) to improve it and help it's theme IMHO.

I was also relieved upon opening the thread that this isn't rules for the Salamanders Chapter...

Edit: Just noticed it's open-topped, in which case I wouldn't say the Scouts rule would warrant 5pts, particularly if you compare it to a BA Razorback IMHO.
