On the options section in the Eldar codex on Harlequins it says: "Any model may exchange its close combat weapon for a Harlequin's Kiss".

Does this include the Shadowseer (and the Death Jester, but I will never use that bloke anyway)? It would be great if she could, because that would give four additional Rending attacks.

I think the Death Jester can't since it in the upgrade states that his weapons is replaced with a shrieker cannon, however I would say a SS could take a kiss. Don't see why not.

Saintspirit has it right on. The Death Jester needs to replace his CCW for the Cannon, so he can't also replace it with a Kiss. The Shadowseer still has the CCW, so he can take a Kiss.
