Some say it can be competitive hopefully someone will post a list.

They are expensive which limits your support for them which leads to the following.
If the enemy can cope with 2+ and powerswords you die. If they can't they die. This is the unbalanced list. For example against other BA jump packers they will moan you tailored your list and then against guard you'll struggle to brake tanks and then to go through tarpit troops and you'll be surprised how quickly you go down.

Well, I think its not. The player here http://www.threeplussave.com/ entered NovaCon 2010 with such an army and lost badly.

Something like this could work:

Dante 225

Honor Guard, jumppacks, 3x meltagun, 3x flamer 210

Sanguinary Priest 50

Sanguinary Priest, jump pack 75

5 Sanguinary Guard 200

5 Sanguinary Guard 200

5 Sanguinary Guard 200

5 Sanguinary Guard 200

5 Devastators, 4x Missile launcher 130

5 Devastators, 4x Missile launcher 130

5 Devastators, 4x Missile launcher 130

= 1750
