I am attending a tournament where it's simple, provide a legal army list no restrictions other than current GW codex's.

Here's the list first.

Librarian - Shield/???Fear or rage

Sanguinary Priest - Lightening Claw

5x Assault Marine - Meltagun/Lightening Claw
- Razorback - las/plas, dozor blade
5x Assault Marine - Meltagun/Lightening Claw
- Razorback - las/plas, dozor blade
5x Assault Marine - Flamer/Lightening Claw
- Razorback - las/plas, dozor blade

Baal Predator - Assault cannon, heavy bolters sponsons - dozor blade
Baal Predator - Assault cannon, heavy bolters sponsons - dozor blade

Vindicator - dozor blade
Vindicator - dozor blade
Predator - TL Lascannon/Lascannon sponsons - dozor blade

I have tried to create a list that utilizes the formation (no LOS to armour arcs on the razors)for the 3 razors too hide behind the vindi's and pred and then the Baal's can go off and do their thing if the game requires it.
I have chosen the Annihilator Pred over a 4th troops choice too give me more reliable anti tank and help with the 13 AV wall.

One Idea I had was making the Pred a basic auto cannon/hvy bolter and using the leftover to give all tanks hunter killer missiles?
Or scrounge out for a 2nd Librarian.

Please from some nuggets my way.

Well, lightning claws are a bit odd here. I'd prefer combi-weapons instead of special cc weapons for the Sergeant.

BA have 2 Competitive builds DOA or Mech you have mixed the 2 slightly which Isn't good. Replace the assault squad with either A combat or Tactical Squad.

I don't see where he has anything other than pure mech. Every assault squad is in a razorback and the rest are fast tanks. Pure mech.

List looks fine. I'd personally drop the TL lascannon on the pred simply because it costs so much for little in return.

If you remove all LC:s, tvinlinked lascannon and dozer blades, you'd get one more assault squad in a flamerback.

There are more than two competitive builds with Blood angels.

I would drop all the add ons to the assault squad they will not help you and drop the twin linked las on the pred the autocannon is nice enough. Then get another pred with autocannon and las sponsons.

While a creative way to get another awesome tank i have 3 hvy support.

If I did remove all my lightening claws and special weapons and made the pred basic i could squeeze a 3rd baal with hvy bolter sponsons.

Just means the list has about 95% reliance on those tanks.

The folling list is a little on the extreme side pretty much forgoing infantry for anything other than a last ditch effort.

This list would (in theory) be hard to remove from the table, with the 3 scouting baals I have instant pressure and will possibly force armies going 2nd to reserve.
The biggest weakness is the lack of H2H, the only saving grace is this list has a crap tonne of shooting and 3 assault cannons will help in stunning tanks.
