Yes, it's a price increase, deal with it, it happens every year, it would have happened either way. That said, it's not the normal plastic that's done for basic troops, it's Resin like Forgeworld, meaning the detail comes out better than metal, it's easier to convert than metal, it doesn't chip like metal, it doesn't weigh a ton like metal mini's do and doesn't fall over and break all the time like metal mini's do. As a gaming piece, the Resin plastic is superior (assuming they cast it correctly and you don't get a ton of bubbles/unreal flash/etc), unless you just *need* the heft of metal for it to feel right.
