They look amazing, it's just the type of thing I'd want, but I'd have to pay $36.50 shipping and most likely custom fees once it gets to the UK. In the past I have bought some small item (an HP wand from Alivan's *cough* ) which cost me £12 in customs. Assuming I'd pay a similar amount that means the full price I'd pay would be over $100, perahps even around $120. I've tried to find similar products in the UK, but apprently we're not big on battle mats here. And nothing would compare to this.

My question to those of you that have it, do you think it's worth it? Any UK buyers of Zuzzys have any recommendations?

Well, they are fine mats if you are willing to paint them and tolerate the rubber smell. People who bought them rarely complained.
But the postage is also what killed the deal for me.
I now use Hotz felt mats. They are precoloured and robust, but not structured like Zuzzy mats.
