Here is my AOBR Ork Warboss completed recently. He's pretty much stock out of the box except for the base. I'm pretty happy with the end result. i think the chipping on the feet came out better than the claw but all in all not bad.
With the boss done and on the last leg of my Killa Kans I just have the 3 koptas left to finish the AOBR set.

Nicely done! weathering and colours are painted beautifully! I quite like the skin tone and dirt effect on him!

You should be happy, this is pretty close to flawless excecution. The only fault I can spot is the shoulder joint... that one could have done with some filling...

Very nice paint work. The green skin is subtle and more realistic than the usual bright glowing nuclear fuel rod green most waaagh players paint. Great work!

Thanks for the positive feedback and suggestions. That shoulder is is going to drive me crazy now and I can't believe I didn't notice it till now. Hopefully I can fill it and match the skin or maybe put an armor plate over it

I used camo green as the core color for the skin, it felt more natural than goblin green.

hey really nice im wondering what color did you use for the skin tone

How many Space Marines does it take to screw in a lightbulb.

6, 1 techpriest and 5 tacticals that stand around trying to pose like badasses.

An Ork, Space Marine and Eldar are walking down the road. They see a Chaos portal that has a sign on it. It says: 'say what is true or be sucked in'. The Space Marine says: "I think I'm the bravest" and walks past safely, the Eldar says: "I think I'm the most agile" and walks past safely. The Ork says: "Me thinks..." and gets sucked into the portal.

I really like this. Only part that I'm not in love with is the base. It's cool, but the color is a little too similar to the warboss color for me. A lighter color rock would make the warboss' dirty look stand out more. Again, amazing work... go krump some 'umies.
