So.. I can move 12" with my rhino, disembark the units inside and then shoot with the unit that just disembarked (count as if they moved)?

Correct/Wrong? Can only find an entry stating that I can disembark after the vehicle have moved, nothing about the speed of the vehicle.

Thanks in advance!

That is correct. You can shoot after disembarking, counting as moving.

That is correct.

If you move Combat speed, the unit inside can fire from any available fire points but they count as moving.

If you move Cruising speed, the unit inside can not fire.

If you move Combat or Cruising speed, then disembark the unit can fire but they count as moving.

If you move Flat out the unit inside can not fire or disembark.

Yes you are allowed to shoot as though you moved.

Damnit! Thought I could only move 6 if I were to disembark and later shoot them!
All-out does not affect rhinos, right? Since they can only move 6" or 12" and after moving either I can still disembark and shoot?

Thanks for the really fast answers!

This is answered in my earlier post:

and some Rhino's are fast and can move flat out. (Such as Blood Angels Rhinos they are fast).

Hmmm. So just to clarify,

Units inside a Rhino can only use the firing points if the Rhino has moved no more than 6"........but is it moves 12" the unit can get out and THEN fire?

Not at all - balance

In 4th you could fire at up to a 12" movement, making drive bys that much more deadly. Now, if you want to move quickly and still shoot with the unit, they have to leave the (relative) safety of their vehicle.

lol you can't use "to fix something in last ed" as a fluff explanation!

How about this, trying to fire out of a little slit at high speed just gets impossible. But you can stumble/jump out and suddenly theres nothing spoiling your aim. You can make a 6" movement as you need to steady yourself

I wasnt making a fluff explanation, but a real one.

It was reduced to 6" to alter game balance. Nothing more.
