Hi All,

I am an Ork player and am using my old models from when I played a few years ago (mixed with AOBR orks)

the problem I have is my old Stikkbombaz & Ork boyz boxsets didnt really include many gubbinz or variants!

Now I know the new boxsets are better but I was wondering if there is a site somewhere that shows you exactly what you get on the sprue in each boxsets?

I ideally want to know:

What weapons are in the Ork Boyz box
What weapons are in the Lootas box
What weapons are in the killakanz boxset.

My dreadnought only came with 1 weapon loadout (Think Big Shoota & Skorcha)

Also, what base size is needed for the older size dreadnought & Killakan? they aren't exactly stable

Lastly but not least. in the Codex Lobba's have the range marked as G48. I cant find any reference to this?

thanks guys

G48 is just a reference to the old rules. It used to mean guess the range but G weapons are just barrage weapons now.

You can check the dakkadakka modeling articles. Somewhere in that forest of links you'll find the sprue database. There are not a lot of sprue databases for a lot of armies but they do have all the ork ones.

The ork boyz have an assortment of equipment. Enough to do whatever option you want from the ones available in the codex and more. Its definitely one of the best sets GW offers.

Loota box on the other hand...You can make 4 lootas or burnas and one mek. GW really wanted to gimp us on that one.

Killakanz are also in the database. If you really can't find it on the site you can find it through google. "ork sprues dakka" or something.

This should've been posted in YMDC, but I can answer two questions:

You don't have to have any bases for your Dread or Kanz. The rulebook says to use the base a model comes with, so if there isn't one you're fine. The new Kanz come with 25 mm ("terminator") bases and the Dread is on a 60 mm ("Dreadnought") base, in case you still want to know.

As for the G48", you ignore the G as it is a holdover from 4th edition. As such, the weapon in question has a range of 48".

Thanks to everyone above.

I did try to think where to put it, but decided as I was asking questions more aimed at model side of things to pop it in General Chat.

I asked about the bases mainly because they are a bit unsteady and I think it might be easier to stand them on bases. I don't imagine it would be against the rules to pop them on a standard base for the newer edition of the model?

Will ignore the "Guess" then. Was considering buying some Lobba's and wanted to check what it meant, yet they are £15.50 for a single Lobba!? Insane!

I want to equip my old mobs from the old boxes with some Heavy weapons so wanted to see if I got plenty in the box

Small correction: Terminator bases are 40mm. Standard troop bases are 25mm.

Cheers! Was confusing the measurements with the bases of WHFB.
