Hi Dakka,

I have two SRs and a librarian riding in one of them. When he casts shrouding does the 6" cast range from the oval base of the SR or from the hull/wings? I want to confer the cover save to the second SR.

Thanx!

From the hull, as per p66

Thanks - I guess that's where being a rather expansive model is a good thing.

I am at my office, but what is the rule about moving Flat Out and not being able to do anything else? Or am I confusing that with turbo-boosting and not being able to do anything else?

The reason why I ask, is that if there is a similar restriction on moving flat out, the librarian would not be able to cast Shrouding would he?

1) the librarian HASNT moved flat out, the SR has
2) you're thinking of turboboost

3) if shrouding was a PSA; you would not be able to do it; but as it occurs in the opponent's shooting phase, you are free to use it no matter the speed of the transport, nor anything else(if you could have a Libby on a Bike, and turbo-boost, you could still use The Shrouding, since turbo-boost only limits voluntary actions during the "same turn"; which as unqualified as it is means "same Player turn").

This is my Rulebook. There are many Like it, but this one is mine. Without me, my rulebook is useless. Without my rulebook, I am useless.
Stop looking for buzz words and start reading the whole sentences.

I figured it was just turboboosting after I thought about it a little more because the only limitation on the flat out is embarking/disembarking rule.
