I have a question:
Runes of Warding makes an enemy psyker take psyker tests on 3d6, suffering Perils on 12 or greater.
Does this override getting Perils on a Double 1 (say, the Psyker rolls two 1s and a 2, or so)? Thanks.

It never states it replaces the standard perils effects from the rulebook.
Which than brings up the question, what happens if I roll 6,6,3, which is a perils on both the charts

But, the normal rules for perils don't say that you can only suffer a single one.

The wording for runes says "results of 12 or more" - that would be more than 12, so a perils check is needed.
On a 1,1,2 the power still works, but you take a single perils hit as well.

No, it's just adding another condition that generates Perils.

This is an actual rule in the actual rulebook. Quit whining about how you can imagine someone's army touching you in a bad place and play by the actual rules.

If you roll double 1 you still get a perils lol.
