Any thoughts or criticisms appreciated. I have had pretty OK luck with it so far though against most WoC armies I usually have to play for a draw.

Looks good. Never run chariots myself most people say they are lackluster and razorgors tend to do the job and are cheaper. Only other thought is that is one expensive GBS to not have a ward save, the iron curse icon could go to the level 1 to free up some points.

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd

Hmmm, an intresting list, althou I notice you lack herdstone on your Shaman. witch is a must. And drop the chariots + Raiders for either more Bestigors or more Gors. Except for that its pretty solid.

Well if he gets a herdstone he is going to need IMO at least 2 more regular bray shamans to put around it for the dice generation, for 1 extra PD it's just not worth it and the GBS should be with the forces on the front line not sitting back.

Yes, Im aware of that. but since he is going 2.5k he would need to increase his army size.

I disagree about the Herdstone. It is necessary for one type of build (lots of lvl 1s), but not always. I have never taken one and done pretty well.

I like the chariots, but I think you would be better off taking units of two razorgors for the same purpose, dropping the minos and taking a couple of smaller units of Gors (about 25 per, no command, AHW) that can ambush if necessary. I have found that you usually don't want to ambush, but being able to makes a pretty big difference against certain armies (such as gunline anything).

I'm not convinced on the Ungor Raiders. I personally am on the verge of giving up on them. The reason for this is because I ONLY want to ambush them; I hate paying the extra points for a small unit on my front lines that doesn't really do anything.

A word on Bestigors: I strongly recommend never taking less than 30. I took 25 once recently, and I really regretted it, because I only had two left (plus two characters) after destroying a bull-star. So your setup is exactly how I take mine.

Last note: I echo the sentiment that you need a ward save of some sort for the GBS. I would also try and fit a dispel scroll in, but YMMV. I like the lord setup; I refuse to not take a decent ward save after a stupid warsphinx killed my general :(
