Hello Everyone,

I need to produce a survey for the Health & Social Care module of my college course. Please could you take the time to answer the following questions as part of our research into the use of complimentary therapies.

I have put the survey on FB as it seems to be the easiest place for people to access it. no personal details are taken and it will really help me get a decent grade (provided i can write up the results ok).

A. Never heard of it
B. Heard of it, never tried it.
C. Tried it, and it worked.
D. Tried it, didn't work.

After the question, you ask

Would you recommend yes? Select C if you selected A on the previous question

A. Yes
B. No
C. N/A
